It is well known that "transfer of training" is a problem. The SOS Intl approach to training is to be true to the purpose of training - to improve performance at work.
SOS Intl's strategies maximize the amount of benefit that organizations will receive from investments in training. By using concepts like task-based training and competency training as well as compliance awareness training, we are able to apply these concepts with established best practices in training design and development. We create practical and flexible training applications, resulting in increased retention, minimizing the time committed and ultimately maximizing job performance.
These concepts and strategies are used in all aspects of our training, programs, and development which include:
- NERC Certification: Exam Preparation Program
- PER-005 Training Program
- Online and Classroom training
- Train the Trainer Program
- NERC Continuing Education Program
- Simulation Training
- Technical Training Program Development
- Custom Training Development
