The foundation for developing a successful training plan is careful analysis of each job. The SOS Intl Job Task Analysis (JTA) Tool enables the client to do this analysis for each employee’s job identifying routine tasks performed to generate and update efficiently.

Our compatible design allows the user to import, edit, and customize tasks, skills, abilities, standards, and performance steps. Our Job Task Analysis (JTA) Tool also assists with:

  • Developing compliant job descriptions and reporting
  • Providing essential job functions and performance measures
  • Copying performance measures from one position to another
  • Gap analysis of training
  • Scheduling alerts for evaluations, reports, and scheduling of training
  • Generating performance standards and document procedural steps for each task
  • Producing position validation surveys and reports  
  • Automatically importing records from the SOS Intl Training Management System (TMS) or manually
  • Automatically importing learning assessment results such as test scores from the SOS University Learning Management System (LMS) or manually allowing users to link as evidence 

Users currently with access to the SOS Intl University Learning Management System (LMS), Training Management System (TMS) and PER-005 Tool can easily import the data from these systems into the Job Task Analysis (JTA) Tool.
