SAT Fundamentals

Proposed PER-005 R1 states that each Reliability Coordinator, Balancing Authority and Transmission Operator shall use a systematic approach to training to establish a training program.

SAT Fundamentals introduces instructors to the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and how it applies to the Electric Utility Industry and most specifically System Operations. By employing this method of Instructional System Design, learning designers can produce more targeted and effective training courses. 

This 3-day instructor-led course covers the five steps of the SAT:

Implementation
Evaluation
